Christian Healthcare Professionals Network was formed to bring together all Christian healthcare professionals and equip them with biblical knowledge, resources and opportunities to help them excel in their profession and transform lives. Established in 2021, as the world continues to seek answers during a pandemic, the need for such a body is clear. The aim of this network is to ensure that Christians professionals in their various healthcare fields demonstrate the love of God to humanity. Dr Chimwemwe Mkambula is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist with over 20 years of experience in women’s health. An MD graduate from the University of Liverpool and member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, she specialises in intrapartum care, early pregnancy complications, and clinical governance. She serves as Vice Chair of the NICE Women’s and Reproductive Health Suite Guideline Committee and holds multiple roles across the NHS.

Anthony is a Senior Lead Clinical Pharmacist Advanced Practitioner in General Practice and Vice President of CHPnet UK. He is the founder of RapidRx Clinical Services and has held key roles including Area Lead Pharmacist at Boots UK, Specialist Pharmacist in Substance Dependence, and Primary Care Network Pharmacist Mentor. His leadership at CHPnet UK supports the network’s mission to empower the next generation of healthcare professionals through excellence in practice, education, and research.

Alex is a born-again Christian, Pastor in the Church of Pentecost UK, and a seasoned community pharmacist with nearly 20 years of experience across Ghana and the UK. As Pastoral Lead for CHPnet UK, he provides compassionate leadership, manages pastoral blogs, and offers spiritual guidance to support members in their faith and professional journey. A devoted husband and father of three, Alex is also a music lover and proud Liverpool FC supporter. His commitment to both spiritual and professional excellence helps nurture a caring, faith-driven community within CHPnet.

Roseline is a dedicated healthcare professional with an MSc in Advanced Practice – Education from King’s College London, beginning her career as a General Registered Nurse in Ghana. She is the Lead Nurse for Clinical Practice & Education at King’s College Hospital, a Senior Practitioner Lecturer, and a community kidney nurse researcher.

Joshua Malcolm is a Post-Doctoral Researcher, Academic Lecturer, and Public Health Practitioner with expertise in diet, lifestyle, and health inequalities. His research focuses on childhood dietary habits and related health outcomes, including obesity and diabetes. He holds a Master of Public Health, a BA Honours in Social Sciences, and several postgraduate qualifications, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Associate Member of the Royal Society of Public Health.

Akua Afriyie Ntim is a Senior Mental Health Nurse at Priory Group Healthcare, with a diverse background in nursing, finance, and public service. She previously worked for 18 years with the Ghana Audit Service and holds an MSc in Mental Health Nursing, alongside MBAs in Finance and Project Management. Akua has served as a deaconess in the Church of Pentecost for over 30 years and was formerly President of the Women’s ALOW Ministry in Ghana. As National Coordinator for CHPnet UK, she brings a wealth of experience in healthcare, leadership, and administration.
